  • 1 1/2 cup Sugar (granulated)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 Zest of oranges
  • 3/4 cups cooking oil (vegetable or canola)
  • 1/2 cup milk (full cream)
  • 2 1/2 cups All purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • For the icing
  • 1/2 cup Orange juice
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon orange Zest (add as much as you prefer)
  • 2-4 tablespoons orange juice
